Sprinklers

"A" What is THAT?
"D" Mom says its a "sprinkler".
"A" Sprinkler?? Looks weird....it appears to be moving. Better go on over and check it out. You never know, it might be something that will harm the family.
"D" Okay....go ahead.
"A" HEY! HEEEAAY! I'm getting all wet! Not fun.
"D" Ha.....you looked funny Arrt.
"A" Well, how was I to know it would move and end up getting me all wet? I had no idea it was water.
"D" Look.....Arrt.....look at mom.....what is SHE doing??
"A" I have no idea..... What mom? Ohhhhh, Dollie, mom says she is watering the yard. What ever that means.
"D" Let's check it out.
"A" K HEY! Not again......I'm getting all wet! Must be water at the end of that hose thing. Everything is getting me wet tonight.
"D" Oh hey, look again, Arrt. Mom turned the water thing off.
"A" Dollie, come quick..... we can drink the water from the end of this thing.
"D" Ummmmm, thanks Arrt. Its cool and tastes good. Just keep an eye out.....wouldn't want you getting all wet again, now would we?

Sunny Sunday

"D" Yesterday was the first sunny day in over a week.

"A" Yes, it felt darn good getting outside. Who would have thought I would "want" to be outside? But after a week of having to stay inside, and alot of the time in my crate, I was a happy camper....so to speak.

"D" Even Prissy was happy to come out with us. She layed in the sun with me for a long time.

"A" I know we won't be able to do this much when it gets to be summer, I heard it will be too hot for us outside. Until then, I am grateful for the sun on my tummy.

Bath - again

"D" Harumph.....had to get a bath.....just cause we are going to be seeing the family, mom says we have to have another bath. We get them alot, but they are not on my list of fun. Today was a bit better tho. We got it in the bathtub. That is alot easier for mom than using the kitchen sink. I heard her tell dad that they have to get a hand-held hose so she can spay it over us and get the soap off easier. She seems to think it will make me like my bath better. I doubt it. But we shall see.......

"Ball Ball"

"A" There is this movie with Bruce Willis in it....called Hudson Hawk.....there is this dog who loves a tennis ball. The lady will throw it and yell "ball ball". Thanks to g-mom Roberts....I now have my very own "ball Ball"

"D" Arrt is really happy with the ball ball. Prissy has a rope/ball that she is always showing off with. Arrt tries to get it....boy do they both fuss over Prissy's toy. I am happy he has one of his own now.

"A" Can't wait to show it to Prissy. G-mom Roberts must like me.

Pretty girl

"D" Hi. Just being a pretty girl tonight.....if I say so myself.

Mine??

"A" Fine.....Dollie can have the silly ol' Monk Monk. I am going to play with the new squeeky bone. Maybe Dad will toss it for me........ Oh D-d-d-a-a-a-d-d-d-d........???

New Monk Monk

"D" Whoo Hoo! Got a new t-o-o-oy-y-y-y. They got us a new monkey.

"A" Mine.

"D" No, Mine.

"A" Grrrrrrr............. MINE!

Iraq

"D" Seems mom sent our pictures to some troops over in Iraq. She has friends who help her find books and magazines then she packs boxes for them....and sends our pictures. :)

"A" Yeal, I heard her tell dad that our picture is up on the board now. Cool. Guess we have become "stars".

"D" I am thankful for what all those "guys" are doing over there....lets me be able to sleep peacefully over here.

Prissy bows

"A" Oh oh oh oh ohhhhhhhhhh Prissy went to the groomer....and she has bows! Pretty red bows....both ears.....oh my my my. I have just GOT to get them out! Prissy's mom doesn't seem to want me to do it tho. Doesn't she know how tempting they are??

Beanie Baby model

"D" Hehehehehe.....dad caught Arrt in his favorite position....all stretched out. Looks like a beany baby, huh? Mom says he would make a great rug......hummmmm Maybe he would make a good rug, but only for one foot at a time. Ha!

You gonna eat that??

"D" Awwww come on, dad....just a little bite?? Please??

"A" We won't tell anyone its chocolate......

"D" If its not good for us to eat chocolate, then why does it have to smell so darn good??
